On demand problems for a month or 2.

Lately when I am trying to watch something OnDemand, it will randomly turn off and take me babk to the last channel I was watching. I have not touched the remote to cause this. It does not appear to coincide with commercials. Please fix this

Hi TNuser, I can help you get this issue resolved. Do you notice this problem when watching certain shows/movies? Do you notice this happening while watching live content? Have you tried rebooting your cable box?
