On demand not working

My on demand is not working the message says try again in a few minutes. It's been a couple of days

Hello cormiers, I ran some tests on your equipment and your signal I don't see anything that would be impacting your services. Are you having an issue with live content as well as on demand? Have you tried rebooting your cable boxes?
