Are you using ON DEMAND on linear (standard) cable, or on Streaming video?
On streaming video, that could be coming from a weak signal (bad connections) or not enough broad-band speed on your device used to watch the video.
yes. On Demand does not come on... it's not an option of choosing shows if one cannot get On Demand period. It''s all good I will wait to call Comcast tomorrow directly and hopefully someone with the technical knowhow can fix it. Thanks anyway :-)
Have you tried selecting the same show again and watching it? It might have been a problem with the player delivering the show to you at that time.
