On Demand

I chose the wrong episode of a show to watch on ON DEMAND. I could not exit out of it, fast forward to end it or stop it permanently. How do you exit a program in ON DEMAND?

Hi jamcha, it sounds like your cable box is having issues handling your on demand request which caused the system to freeze. To fix this issue you can reboot your equipment by unplugging the cable box from the source of power for 20-30 seconds and then reconnect your equipment. This should correct your issue, if this problem is ongoing please reach back out to me here.
