Five months ago our area received written notification requiring customers to update all cable boxes promising BIG changes. There was also a monthly rate increase at same time. This area is still NOT receiving On Demand for TV!!! When will this service update be pushed through!!! We have to equipment, you have the technology...please get it done!
Hi drobinson321, error SRM0x0011 means there is a problem with your cable box or its connectors. Do you have a splitter connected to your cable equipment? I ran some tests on your cable box and I show it is offline at this time can you please reboot it by unplugging the cable box from the power source for 30 seconds and then reconnect it. Please reach back out to me here if it does not resolve your issue.
