Pic.jpgpic2.jpgOn Demand works only when box is onplugged and plugged back in (someitmes twice). I am so used to doing this, I think it is how "On Demand" really works. I wonder if anyone else has to do this. It wouldn't be so bad....but it take about 25 minutes to get everything re-set again....byt then my "window" of time to watch my show has passed.  I have called many times....had a new box wall jacks put in....and the last Tech said it was a "filter problem" on my power pole! All and everything never has helped in the past 7 months. By the way, I just got my Xfinity bill today in the mail...I sure wish someone would take my situation seriously...I waste much time watching a TV "reload".

Good luck on any fix at all. I've been having issues for many months now. I always get a "we're sorry we're having issues" prompt. Comcast is effectively ignoring the fact that this is an actual issue all across the board.
