Not all scheduled recordings shown on website, many are missing

Just noticed today that not all scheduled recordings are shown on website (or tv app). The scheduled recordings on the tv guide matches what is shown by the tv remote app, but many are missing when viewed on the website or tv app (which match). Today's and tomorrow's scheduled recordings are missing, as well as others in the future.

 

Here is tv remote app which matches the on tv guide view:

Been complaining about this off and on for over 1 year. You can read all about it.

And there are others, just didn't feel like searching for them.


When I searched for the problem I only found the first one above and you wrote in the old post that comcast said it was fixed. The post was marked "fixed", so I posted again.

I was talking about my self not feeling like searching for more of them. I've had this problem off and on for the past 2 years.

 

The problem was fixed at the time. The mismatches stopped for me, but every now and then it happens again. Just par for the course with X1.

Yep I knew what you were talking about. I'm to the point that I only trust the info I see on the guide on the tv, the apps and website just have too many bugs.
