No wireless box for you!

Just called in to check and see if I can get a wireless box. Lady told me they are only being issued to new customers subscribing to X1. Simply unbelievable how a customer of at least 20 years get treated.

YMMV, but it could be because of inventory concerns. I’ve escalated it up to a colleague who may be able to assist.

Currently the Xi5 is only available via professional installation to new X1 customers or existing non-X1 customers who are upgrading to X1. We are working to make Wireless TV Boxes available via (Self Installation Kits) later in 2018.
