We live in New Cumerland Pa what's the status we've not had any service all day? 6:00 pm
No one would have the answer unless they happen to live in your area and see your post. Did you try calling
1-800 comcast? Of course, with all the issues after the hurricane, you might not get through.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
