You might be seeing what Comcast calls "Channel Neighborhoods". See http://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Channels-and-Programming/Channel-Lineup-quot-New-Channels-1000-1999-quo....
They may have your local lineup online at https://www.xfinity.com/learn/channel-lineup or https://www.xfinity.com/support/local-channel-lineup/, and they may have included it with one of your recent bills. You can check that by logging in to https://customer.xfinity.com/#/billing with your Primary UserID.
Service Centers should have printed channel lineups. Check locations and hours at http://www.xfinity.com/support/service-center-locations/ to pick one up, or call Customer Service at 1-800-Comcast and have them send a lineup to you.
