I used to have Netflix before I hooked it up to XFINITY. As I did so I got charged twice: I pay $9.99 to Netflix and Comcast is charging $9.99 as well.
That doesn't seem to be fair. I contacted Comcast support, they've started pointing fingers on Netflix.
Did anyone have the same experience?
The most disappointing thing is that I've downgraded my XFINITY to basic, and still haven't hooked it up to my TV: so I'm not even using Netflix through XFINITY, but Comcast keep charging.
