The A button on your remote will bring up an option to reset Netflix (scroll right to see it).

Netflix Voice Command Not Working and now either is the app menu

We cannot get to Netflix using voice commands. that has happened in the past and we were told it was a known issue and then was fixed. Now we can't get to Netflix from a voice command OR from the app menu. What's going on?
