Notice this just the other day. I hate the fact that Comcast is charging an additional fee for the Sports, but the networks keeping raising prices on Comcast and that gets passed onto the Customer.. Either way it's a bummer.

I thought I ws going crazy when it said I needed to subscribe to get Red Zone.  I was always able to get it before.  I guess I'm not paying Comcast enough that they need to gouge me for more money.  Then they don't even offer online access to Red Zone like virtually every other provider.

Apologies for any confusion we may have caused. I am showing the NFL Network (ch. 547 and in HD on ch. 920) as well as NFL RedZone (ch. 548 and in HD on channel 964) are both included in your current level of service.

NFL RedZone is part of the Sports Entertainment Package.

The channel lineup for your area is attached, also check out https://customer.xfinity.com/local-channel-lineup

Are you seeing a black screen, blue screen, or an error message or were you not able to tune to this channel at all (does the box skip over these channels?

Thanks for any additional details that you are able to provide.

Our customers can access live streams of NFL Network and NFL RedZone now via the XFINITY TV app via a mobile device or online on a laptop or desktop at the link below.

Watch live TV here including NFL Network and NFL RedZone:
https://tv.xfinity.com/ Search for NFL in the upper right search box
or via the XFINITY TV app: http://www.xfinity.com/apps.html

Comcast continues to be in discussions with NFL regarding being included in the NFL mobile app.

Our programming team talks with the NFL regularly on this and other topics.

I don't have a timeline as to when or if an agreement might be reached.

I agree, I was told that it was part of the package as well, that's why I choose the package. However I can't find the program anywhere. They say it went away last month but I just got Xfinity last month and was told it was apart of the package..SMH!

Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described above.

In your area NFL RedZone (ch. 741 and HD ch. 390) is part of the Sports Entertainment Package. I don't see the Sports Entertainment Package currently listed on your account.

NFL Network (ch. 736 and in HD on ch. 406) ) is included with your current level of service.

The channel lineup for your area is attached, also check out https://customer.xfinity.com/local-channel-lineup

The website http://www.xfinity.com/ChannelLineup-Popup.aspx shows that NFL Network Redzone is part of Digital Premier Channels, but customer support is saying it no longer is, not since last month, August 2016. Comcast told us Digital Premier included everything, but now it doesn't. Now Comcast wants more money for something that used to be part of the package. Apparently notices were sent, but I do not remember getting any.

NOTE:  I am not sure why two copies of my screen capture showing NFL Redzone as part of Digital Premier are showing up in this thread as I only added it once.

Re: NFL Redzone was part of Digital Premier package. What happened????

We used to get NFL REDZONE and now we don't, and we won't unless we pay to get it. This makes no sense because we were told Digital Premier had everything, and now they eliminated channels with no warning. Before upgrading to X1 we would see Comcast messages about upcoming channel lineup changes, etc. but I do not see that option in the X1 platform. If a message was sent that way, it did not make it to my household. I was really liking Comcast/Xfinity, giving them great reviews, until this episode.
