Movie posters not displaying in guide or on-demand

This issue seems to have started a couple weeks ago. Some movie posters in the guide and on-demand are only displaying at gray boxes.  Sometimes they will take a few seconds (10+ to appear) but sometimes they will not appear at all.  Can anything be done about this?

Did you try rebooting the X1 box?

Is it one box or all boxes? Try system refresh, press the A button to get to the help menu.
