Directions on how to delete history of movies watched.

If you are talking about On Demand (regular cable). Just push the "On Demand" button. Page down the menu to "Recently viewed". Select and program still on the list. You will have a choice to delete it there. Do the same for any others on the list.

 

Most shows will be automatically deleted from the list in a day or two.
