More reasons for giving up on comcast

I was told that because I was in the wrong market I am not entitled to a new box that will give me Ipad functionality on my TV. Now Iget a message stating that xfiniity TV player is required to watch movies on my desktop, but there is no link anywhere to download the application required. I am resigned to yet more excuses as to why the advertised claims for xfinity dont match reality.  But in the meantime does anyone have the url for required TV player?

What video are you trying to watch?

Re: More reasons for giving up on comcast

I was really surprised to see a reply, even if it was a year old, no 2 years old. My point is that I am not trying to watch a film, I want to be able to control my TV selection per room and TV in the house. Comcast states that you can choose a film and then choose a TV to watch it on. I have seen this working in Best Buy, just 3 miles away so which will it not work for me?
