Missing channels

The tech came out on 7/21/2018 and issue was not resolved channels are still missing so meanwhile what should i do as in reference to my bill and my missing channels...Its not working for my living room and bothr rooms showing status code 225 and for living room xtr050309...This happen ever since there was an outage due to comcast a tech came out euipment has been changed including boooster issue still not fixed.The tech said it was a plant issue/Maintence issue i even called in and advance tech care told me same that..I wa sprovided two ticket numbers and told in 48 hours it will be resolved and now i am still getting the run around saying for sure in the next 48hours it will be resolved which i dont believe.
