We have 3 boxes in our home. Two HD DVR's and one HD box. Using the Xfinity mobile app I am able to see and control (change channels) just one of the DVR's and the cable box. The 2nd DVR does not show up in the list. What might be the problem?
I have this exact problem as well. I have a total of 5 DVR's in the house and the only DVR I cannot pick up is the one in my room of course. I have the new Motorolla DCX 3400 box and the site and app only finds 4 / 5 of the boxes. Please Help!
