Microsoft SIlverlight

Microsoft SIlverlight

When i go to watch a video it tells me upgrade my microsoft silverlight plug-in. I did it, restarted my browser, checked that it was enabled and it still won't work. I'm on a mac. Help me please.

Completely uninstall Silverlight from your computer. Then download and install Silverlight from the link below:

 

Mac Users 

 

Follow all the on-screen instructions and then try playing videos again. Let me know the results.

So the link worked but I'm still getting the same message. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, checked that it was enabled all twice. Restarted my browser each time too. What else could be the issue?

It still says that you have the older version of Silverlight still installed. When you uninstall it, make sure you use the search feature on your computer to make sure you have removed all the files:

Also, have you tried using any other browsers?
