Messing with my Favorites

you recently updated my X1 box, and once again, during the update, you changed all my favorites channel settings. I have my favorites setup to filter out the channels that I do not get and the channels I do not care about, so that when I look at the TV Guide I can see what is on that I might actually be interested and able to watch.

This is  the third or fourth time that you have done this. Why can you not upgrade without messing with my favorites????

I think you should have to send someone to fix my favorites that gets paid by the hour.  Maybe if you had to pay out money every time you distroyed someones favorites you would figure out how to upgrade without messing with the favorites.

And yes I have called in and complained about this before.  The response I got was "that an upgrade can't mess with my favorites" and "Why are you using your favorites like that?"  Not helpful
