Lost Recordings from my DVR

After I got a new box I found that several of my recorded movies are missing from my DVR.

If you swap out a DVR any/all programs on that DVR are gone with the box itself. the new box will be able to see some of your most recent recordings (up to the last 60 hours recorded).

Re: Lost Recordings from my DVR

So, on the old dvr boxes (pre X1) the recordings were on a drive in the box so if the box gets swapped the shiws dvr’dcare gone. On X1, you tell us the recordings are on the cloud, and yet you still lose them? How useless is that?

prior to x1 you would lose them all. The cloud DVR (a free service) stores last 60 hours.
