Lose TV and Internet at least once a day (started Tuesday)

Starting this past Tuesday, I've lost TV and Internet at least once per evening. Based on my modem's signal page, I can see all the downstream channels lose signal, but the upstream ones are fine. I checked with my neighbors and they are having problems too.

When (if) I manage to get in touch with Comcast through phone (horrible support) or chat (a bit better), I'm eventually told there is an "emergency outage". How there can nighty emergency outages I'm not sure, but it's getting annoying because they aren happening between the hours of 7 PM to midnight.

Tonight I lost service at 9 PM. It came back at 10 PM and went out again at 12:30 AM. Currently Comcast's status page shows a TV outage ending at 1 AM, but shows Internet as green, which is wrong,

Why am I losing signals daily all the sudden? Neither phone not chat support can tell me why. I know outages occur every now and then, but this is 4 days in a row with no explanation or anything.

Apolgies for the issue and experience that you described above.
