On-demand video works online, but none of the Live Streaming channels (which my $200 monthly service entitles me to). Called "customer service" and was given the runaround 4 times (transfers and disconnects). Who at Comcast knows about this service and can explain this issue?
Same here , unfortunately I've been seeing lots of posts in other forums with people
having the exact same problem and just getting a total run around.
FIX it comcast !!
