My DVR keeps shutting down and then reloads everything. It"s doing it more and more often. This morning it was shut down altogether. No time readout or anything but dashes. I turned it on and the TV read that the Dvr wasn't authorized and I needed to call Comcast. I unplugged the DVR and plugged it in again and it went through all of the reloading again. Why is it doing this. Last week it happened 4 times and so far this week, it's happened 3 times. firstname.lastname@example.org
I would take it back into the local Customer Walk-in center and exchange it. As long as nothing else connected to the outlet is doing the same thing. Mark it up to a failing box.
