when will the 4k box  and all boxes start to broadcast in IPTV?

it appears you mean IPTV (TV delivered over the internet). if the device is an X1 set top box they receive programming from either an XG1 or XG2 (tuner or DVR recordings or on-demand). the xi3/xid also can be used as a non-x1 DTA and uses no tuner just IPTV.

The XiD gets ON Demand from the cloud, only live TV comes from the XG device. I assume you mean Xi5 (theres no such thing as an XiD5) is the same. There is testing for IPTV ongoing.
