Impossible to use Olympics site without spoilers

Impossible to use Olympics site without spoilers

We love the idea of your Olympics site and were looking forward to watching a lot of Olympics on it. Unfortunately it is impossible to use it without reading spoilers of who won an event. First your navigation text mentions the winner right underneath the event description. If you somehow avoid reading that, the Twitter feed next to the video module mentions the winner. And then if by some miracle you avoid both of those, your URL text mentions the winner. If your goal is to get us to watch the stream and/or the TV broadcast, your current design is sapping all our desire to do that because there is no drama left in wondering who won.

Re: Impossible to use Olympics site without spoilers

Oh, and in using the site tonight: Two other ways it is spoiling the results : 1) The "playlist that is on the right nav gives away results, and 2) We clicked on a link that we thought would give us the video of an event, but instead got a video that described the result of that event.

The site does not do a good job for people whose desired scenario is to watch events without knowing in advance who won.
