I switched my x1 box with a SD tv.

the SD tv on the devices option won't show the 480p or 480i options there's nothing to click on it. the other SD box shows it I switched the boxes with an HD tv my tv works fine but the kitche SD tv X1 box doesn't give me options how to re roll? the x1 box to give me the 480 watch options

I tried System refresh and it still wouldn't pop up.

any ideas?

I my opinion X1 boxes are not designed for old school, 4:3, SD TV sets. They are designed for HD, wide screen TV sets.

If you have an X1 box on an old school TV set I would swap the box for something other that X1 (such as a DTA box).

You can use 720p, you don’t have to change it.
