I cant watch starz play on my laptop why?

When I try and watch Starz Play on my laptop I get an error  with NO code number. The error message says

 

 Timeout during media authorization with Comcast
 
I have logged in with my email and password and it shows me logged in but it will not play the movie or series show I want to watch. How can I fix this issue?

I can't either but my error message says sorry you can't watch because you are outside of the US and/or its territories. Has Pennsylvania seceeded from the union?

I also can't log into Starz Play--error message is the same: "can't watch because you are outside of the US and/or its territories." I'm in the US and checked my computer settings to confirm preferences are set for US. Does anyone know why this is happening and/or how to resolve it?
