I-Pad Air Error 1001

When I try to watch anything using the TV 2 Go app I am getting this error message:


Playback issues -1001

We alerted our video team to the issue and are working quickly to fix this video.  We apologize for this inconvenience.  Please try again later.


I am using the Xfinity Wi-Fi available at my condo.


Please help.
