Has Comcast responded to any of the messages posted here about outages? I live in Central NJ (near Flemington) and have had no service since Saturday. The message on my TV screen says "one moment This channel should be available shortly". I did call in and after waiting for 30 minutes to speak to someone, I was told that Comcast knows about the problem and is working on it but there is no estimate for when it will be resolved.
Contrary to the looks of this site it is mainly a customer to customer help forum with limited monitoring by Comcast employees, so there probably won't be any direct responses on the forums from Comcast.
