How do I refresh my licenses on the Comcast TV Go app?

Every time I try to download a new show, it just says "Paused." Will refreshing the license do the trick?

I updated the xfinity tv go app.  It says update pending and also says yuo must update licences online.  It never says anywhere how to do that.  Meanwhile the app update remains pending and my apple app store red circle with a 1 in it never goes away.  Can anyone tell me how to refresh licenses.
