Hello mandmwinter, I have tested this on my end and I show all season present for the show "Heartland" on demand. If you do not see this content on your on demand guide please reboot your equipment.
I have rebooted my comcast cable box as well as my modem, but Heartland has not reappeared in On Demand. Is it no longer available?
Hi phubler, I show that your equipment is offline which is causing your problem. Can you please reboot your cable box one more time so that I can communicate with your equipment? Also, can you please send me a private message with your full address, account number, and the name on the account by clicking my name (ComcastAmir) and then clicking "private message me"?
