Hallmark Channel

What happened to the Hallmark Channel?  Watched it yesterday, today it says I need to add it to my lineup.  What crazy category did you lump it into...like when you put CMT in the Sports Package? Where did you put Hallmark Channel?

Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described above.

 

I am showing the Hallmark Channel is available in your area on channel 61 and on channel 685 in HD as a part of the Digital Economy level of service. Are you still having this issue? Are you seeing a black screen, blue screen, or an error message or were you not able to tune to this channel at all (does the box skip over that channel)?
