HD Programming Not Available

That's what the Comcast TV listings have said to me for the past week or so.  I called the problem in and they said they would "notify the proper people".  Nothing has changed.  Anyone else have this problem?

Apologies for the issue that you described above.

Are you seeing the "HD Programming Not Available" message on the on-screen guide, on your TIVO, online at our website, on a mobile device or somewhere else?

Thanks for any additional information you can provide.

It is online at your website.  The biggest puzzlement for me is that the customer reps I spoke with at Comcast both agreed they saw the same thing, apparently no other (or at least not many other) customers have this problem.  Weird.  Why aren't hundreds of people complaining?
