HBO Missing from TV App

This morning I was going to download recording from HBO for my flight and HBO is missing from the Schedule and all recordings. They appear in the TV Remote app and on my DVR.

There's a lot of that going around. I don't know where you are located, but I'm in the metro Atlanta area. I think somehow my X1 got "unlinked" from the cloud...happened probably Friday because all those recordings were recorded, but couldn't be seen by the mobile apps.  I also had some missing channels (only on that app).  I had an online "chat" with a Comcast rep and I think they must have done something finally to relink me to the cloud....only I still can't access the recordings from Friday-Sunday. Interesting that the app DID show future and past recordings, but only on the major networks. Really annoying.   You may need to contact them andmake sure you are linked to the cloud and if not, have them re-link you
