HBO Go

I am unable to activate HBO Go on my AppleTV or iPhone. When I go to HBO Go activation page and click Comcast I am directed to a page to buy HBO, which is included in my bundle. I’ve tried clicking on add to plan to see what would happen and it tells me I already have HBO. I did make a number of changes to my plan last month. I think something got messed up in the process. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.
