I have tried to get this issue resolved four times today. EACH TIME a representative told me something completely different which leads me to believe they have no idea what the problem is.
I signed up for Internet Plus service. It is advertised as providing HBO and HBO Go service with the package:
When I signed up for the service I confirmed with the representative selling me the service that I would be able to use the HBO Go apps on my tablet, phone, laptop, and Apple TV. I made sure to ask the question over to confirm that YES i would be able to use HBO Go on all these devices.
Low and behold when I get my service I am unable to access HBO Go. Anytime I login it forwards me to Comcast's site instead:
This is not GOOD NEWS as the above screenshots claim. None of these options allow me to actually use the HBO Go app. This is not what I was told. I am unable to use the HBO Go app on my Apple TV or any other device because I can not login to HBO Go without being forwarded to Comcast's site.

These are rediculous pass the buck anwsers and are trying my patience.
I would like someone who knows what they are talking about to please give me a straight answer. Any anwsers that results in no access to HBO Go as was advertised means I will be canceling this service immediately as I only signed up for it because of the HBO Go offer.
