I am trying to get HBO Go working on my second computer which is running Windows 8. I have it currently running on my Windows 8 tablet. I keep getting the message I need to upgrade my service. Can you assist? Thanks,
This threw me for a loop too by the way it's worded. I searched Comcast's website, my bill, searched the web and couldn't find anything. It's just asking you to create a new username. Once I put in something that wasn't already taken, it logged me in just fine =)
