Getting "This network is not included in your current XFINITY®

I have a Digital Starter package that includes CNN. When I tried to stream CNN live from the CNN iPad app... I first selected Comcast as my cable provider. I then entered my correct l/p and was not allow to watch. I received this message "This network is not included in your current XFINITY® TV subscription". This is discouraging because this network is included. I tride to watch on the CNN site and had the same problem.

 

I also downloaded the XFIINITY TV app for iPad and was only able to watch something from ABC. CNN and other channels in the DIgital Starter would not work and resulted in a similar message. To the effect that this programming is not included.

 

Is watching CNN live on an iPad not included in the Digital Starter plan? If not, what am I doing wrong?

 

Any ideas or thiughts on this?

You have a ticket already open for this issue. I will update you when I learn more. As of now, our team is still working on it.
