I have a Comcast X1 system. The picture on my TV freezes and a message comes up on the TV screen with the code RDK 03033 and a message "can not connect to the X1 platform."
Any suggestions to remedy this issue?
that message points out loss of the connection your set top box needs from Comcast. Call 800-Comcast and select Cable TV and ask the representative to run the Internal Troubleshooting Guide Einstein
If you haven't called yet, you can try unplugging the box for 30 seconds, then plugging it back in and letting it reboot itself. Sometimes this works, though in my experience it's only a temporary solution and you're probably going to have to get a tech out to help.
