Logged on to the online show listings todfay, clicked on Favorites and I'm told that I don't have any favorite channels set up:
The Android app on my phone still knows that I have Favorites set up, but the web site seems to have totally forgotten.
Is this a temporary glitch, or yet another Comcast "improvement"?
It's perhaps a bit confusing, but Favorite Channels are different from Favorites. When you click on Favorites, you're looking at the movies, tv shows, and sports teams that you've favorited (to add favorites, search for any title, tap on the result, and then tap Add to Favorites from the entity screen). Favorite Channels are now their very own grid—you can find them under Live TV > Favorite Channels.

The Live section offers quick access to your favorite channels as well as all the channels available out of home.
We should have worded it differently to make it clear that the filter is no longer necessary because the listings are pre-filtered for you. (That's actually my fault. Thanks for the feedback.)
