cannot connect to remote tv settings in my account. Get the above message error.

were you connecting to the https://tv.xfinity.com/ web site via a desktop or laptop computer (not a smart phone nor tablet)?

I am using a PC and getting this message and kind of furious that this is only the 3rd or 4th time I have tried to access HBOGO and only bc I am not home and trying to catch GOT premier I missed

Hello fricks, your Xfinity services aren't supported on HBOGO. You can download our "Xfinity Stream" app to view the "GOT" premier or any other content in the future. Also not all content is available to watch out of your home network, if the content is listed as "watch in home only" then you must be connected to your home Wi-Fi to see the channel/network desired.
