Error message when trying to view some tv shows online.

For the past few weeks I have been getting this error message for about half of the tv shows, movies, or live tv I try to view online:

 

error 900| 101000.101002.101005

 

It also tells me to refresh, but that does nothing. This is very frustrating, because I have not had any trouble like this previously. I have Windows 7 and Adobe Flash Player 12.
