It looks like you just had it installed yesterday so it might take a little bit to get in the system.
Sidenote, you should get a tech out, all of your equipment, X1 boxes and modem are way out specand could lead to performance issues
Thanks ComcastAndrew, I noticed this past 2 days that the internet & DVR box are acting crazy. Last night we encountered super slow internet & no wifi, even rebooted twice. The agent on the phone reset the modem and It's working fine. This morning the DVR box was not responding, had to reboot it to get it to work. Not sure if it's the new DVR box that's messing everythng up but we have scheduled the tech to come out next wednesday.
