Error code %lm-2 on Tivo Bolt

Xfinity on Demand app does not open on my Tivo Bolt.  The locale code is (tivocardio-ch2-a3p-comcast.com).  I contacted Comcast cable card support and they said the problem must be Tivo's.  Tivo said it must be Comcast.  From some other postings, it appears it could be on the Comcast end and ComcastPhill appears to be a person who is mentioned as fixing it.  Any help is appreciated.
