I am receiving error code 4102 while trying to watch a tv show online. It says that too many people ion my househould are streaming t once, but no one is currently streaming anything.
I am also experiencing Error Code 4102 Video Platform Issue intermittently with Error 1101 Video Access Issue. I don't have anything else streaming. I have Managed My Devices and there is nothing else on there and nothing else streaming. This is all related to Dexter Season 8, Episode 3. And show up on the xfinity website and also on the app on my iPad. These errors are intermittent with other Dexter episodes too, but some play, but not all of the time. What is up????
