Error code 11700

PROBLEM FIXED BY COMCAST ELENA.   THIS TECH IS AWESOME.   AND LIVE CHAT NEVER PICKED UP MY REQUEST TO CHAT.    

 

I am having continued problems trying to watch xfinity tv on my laptop, something I have done for months without problems.  But for the past week I am getting error code 11700 when I try to log in.  From the forums, I see that tech support has to clear out the list of devices, but because the programming is counting my multiple logins as coming from different devices.   help please.

Live Chat won't start

Need help from a comcast tech.  I have requested live chat, and have been waiting for over 20 minutes for it to start.   "Your chat will start shortly"  NOT.
