Call in and make sure that your dvr rate codes on your account matches the equipment on the account. That error means the system doesn’t think that you have a dvr, but you do.

Error Code

I have a model AX014ANC, and 2 CXD01ANI boxes.  Regardless of whick box I try to record from, I get an error XRE-06027.  I have power cycled all 3 units. Still the same.  Why?
