Error 900|3370.1000937 whenever I start to play a video on-line in Chrome

Hi

Whenever I start to play a video on-line in Chrome I get the message:

Sorry we experienced some difficulty playing ...  Please refresh this page in your browser to continue where you left off. 900|3370.1000937

Refreshing the page does not help.   Does anyone have any suggestions?

Many thanks in advance for your help!!

Your post has not been answered since March by Xfinity?  Pathetic.  The forums are proving useless.

I have the same problem, it started right after Memorial day.  I can't watch any live tv or networks on Chrome's browser.  Nothing.

I had to switch to Mozilla Firefox, everything works fine on there.  If you get the newest version of Firefox, and still have issues, download an archive version of Adobe Flashplayer 16, versioni 17 was not working, and 17 is what Chrome forces us to use.

Good Luck
