Error 900|3315.0

I just recently switched computers and have never had an issue watching Xfinity online, but I'm now receiving this message no matter which shows or episodes I try to watch:

I have not been able to find a single help article about this particular error code and all of the Error 900 threads are about different problems. I've tried it with IE and Chrome, but have consistently received the same message. The ads before the content play, but the content itself will not play.
